Choosing to become
Now, at this big age, I’ve finally stopped ignoring the nudges and living my story through my gifts. I call these accumulated gifts, passions, lessons, experiences, and ways of showing up my "hyphens." They're not job titles or businesses; they're the different parts of me that work together to make me who I am - a multi-hyphenate.
They work together to help me build, create, encourage, and solve problems in ways I could not if I only embraced one part of who I am.
I'm still learning. I'm still growing. I'm still creatively winging it. And somehow...that's exactly how it's supposed to be for me.

My path has moved through education, counseling, media, mentoring, entrepreneurship, strategy, and storytelling—spaces that once felt unrelated, but now make perfect sense together.
Education taught me how to guide people and help them see possibility. Media showed me the power of story and representation. Entrepreneurship taught me how to build, problem-solve, and move forward without always having a blueprint. And creativity has been the thread through it all.
Those experiences now shape how I build, create, encourage, and serve—both professionally and personally. And I am living boldly with my hyphens.
None of these parts of me exist separately. They inform one another.
They are my hyphens.
And together, they make me...Dianna!
