I’m creatively navigating my layered realities of womanhood daily - in real time. Marriage, life, motherhood, divorce, self-identity, physical changes, spirituality, hormones, femininity, and even comforting the little girl still inside. Some parts I’ve embraced, some I’ve resisted, and some I’m still figuring out. And, for me, that's ok.

Recently, I birthed a new human, in a new era of human existence, with a new life, after 40. Everything has shifted! Eh-Ver-Ree-Thing. Now, I'm preoccupied with figuring out my new life differently than I did with my old life.

This time is reclaiming myself after having a baby, burnout, and a breakdown. This time is about being the person I wasn’t taught to be or to embrace; the person I never had the context to know how to understand; the person I often feared, but always wanted to be. I'm living through each day with intention and without throwing my back out! Unapologetically. And with audacity.
